Transportation Studies

AASHTO is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing highway and transportation departments in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. It represents all transportation modes: air, highways, public transportation, active transportation, rail, and water. Its primary goal is to foster the development, operation, and maintenance of an integrated national transportation system.

AEE has a network of over 17,000 members and 32,000 certified individuals in over 105 countries. They provide career development certifications, training, and events.

Founded in 1930, ITE is an international community of transportation professionals including, transportation engineers, transportation planners, consultants, educators, technologists, and researchers. Through meetings, seminars, publications, and a network of more than 17,000 members working in more than 78 countries, ITE works to improve mobility and safety for all transportation system users and help build smart and livable communities

SAE International is a global association of more than 128,000 engineers and related technical experts in the aerospace, automotive and commercial-vehicle industries.
