eScholarship provides scholarly publishing and repository services that enable departments, research units, publishing programs, and individual scholars associated with the University of California to have direct control over the creation and dissemination of the full range of their scholarship.
eScholarship Repository offers preservation and dissemination services for a wide range of scholarship including working papers, electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs), student capstone projects, and paper/seminar series. eScholarship Repository is also the primary destination for researchers depositing their previously published journal articles in accordance with the UC's Open Access Policies.
eScholarship Publishing provides comprehensive publication services for UC-affiliated departments, research units, publishing programs, and individual scholars who seek to publish original, open access journals, books, conference proceedings, and other scholarship. The journals program, in particular, supports publications that traverse standard disciplinary boundaries, explore new publishing models, and/or seek to reach professionals in applied fields beyond academia.
